I honestly can’t get enough of NYX products at the moment. After my first few purchases, I’ve been dying to go back to Meadowhall to be able to get my hands on some more of their products! The time finally came this weekend and this is what I picked up (I honestly had to resist buying the whole collection).
The highlight and contour palette looks similar to my ABH contour kit but the most noticeable difference is that this kit has 8 different shades – 4 highlighters and 4 contour shades. I can’t wait to test this out and see how it compares in quality. The price is considerably cheaper than Anastasia Beverly Hills so hopefully it will be just as good!
NYX Blotting Powder in Light/Medium – £10.50
I picked this up in the shade Light/Medium with the hope that it will act as a setting powder for foundation. It’s said to take down the shine without setting into fine lines.
The range of mascaras at NYX is incredibly overwhelming. They must have had about 8 different mascaras that all served different purposes and all had different shaped wands. I’ll be honest I took a guess at this one! I just wanted a little volume without looking clumpy – hopefully this will work! at £6.50 it’s a pretty good value mascara, if it works!
This is the main reason I came back. I picked up the shade Stockholm previously and it very quickly became my staple lip product. They apply so easily and are incredibly long lasting and at £5.50 are an absolute steal! This shade is a lot brighter but I really do love the formula.
OMG. I am so excited to try these products! The range of colours are fantastic nudes but are so varying in colour and depth that I couldn’t help but pick up a few! Again at £6.50 I am really impressed with the price point and hope the live up to the soft matte lip creams.
Have you ever tried NYX products? Which is your favourite?
